In recent years,although significant progress has been made in China's public health and disease prevention and control system,there are still a series of deficiencies,which are mainly reflected in the lack of grass-roots service capacity,the uneven distribution of health resources,and the need to improve the response speed and efficiency in dealing with emergencies.Based on this,this paper aims to analyse the main problems and challenges of the current public health system,combine the advanced experiences at home and abroad,and put forward a series of scientific and reasonable improvement measures and policy recommendations,including strengthening the capacity of grassroots public health services,optimising the allocation of health resources,and improving the emergency response capacity for public health emergencies,etc.,with the aim of providing a powerful reference and reference for the construction of a more sound and efficient public health and disease prevention and control system.The aim is to provide a strong reference and reference for the construction of a more sound and efficient public health and disease prevention and control system,so as to better safeguard people's health and promote coordinated socio-economic development.
