Analysis on the Survey Results of Job Satisfaction of Staff in a Third-Level Public Hospital
Objective To analyze the survey results of employee's job satisfaction in a third-level public hospital,explore the related factors that will affect the results,and put forward targeted measures based on the current situation.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,through acombination of network survey and questionnaire survey,1 280 employees of a third-level public hospital wereselected as subjects to conductan effective survey on their job satisfaction.The influencing factors of employee satisfaction were analyzed by single factor analysis and binary logistic regression.Results The overall satisfaction score of employees in 2023[(90.86±1.13)points]was higher than that in 2022[(85.85±1.11)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of all dimensions in 2023 were higher than those in 2022,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Low salary and job matching scores and prospects scores.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that job satisfaction was affected by education level,gender,title,age and position.Conclusion The staff satisfaction of the third-level public hospital is high,but there is still room for improvement in some dimensions.In the future,we should attach great importance to the dimension of low score in the satisfaction survey results of public hospitals.By strengthening the creation of a good working environment and deepening the reform of hospital salary distribution system and performance appraisal system,we will actively expand the career development space of employees,ensure the effective improvement of employee satisfaction,and lay a good foundation for the long-term and healthy development of public hospitals.
