目的 分析中医辨证联合调强放疗对局部中晚期鼻咽癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法 选取 2023 年 1 月—2024 年 2 月在茂名市人民医院经病理确诊的 40 例中晚期鼻咽癌患者为研究对象。按照治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组，各 20 例。对照组采用调强放疗，观察组采用中医辨证联合调强放疗。比较 2 组患者的治疗效果及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 观察组总T淋巴细胞(total T lymphocyte，CD3+)、辅助性T淋巴细胞(helper T lymphocyte，CD4+)、自然杀伤(natural killer，NK)细胞水平分别为(58。39±8。12)%、(33。63±7。92)%、(16。98±2。44)%，均 高 于 对 照 组 的(48。84±7。93)%、(20。27±5。06)%、(7。58±4。16)%;观察组细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(cytotoxic T lymphocyte，CD8+)水平为(21。28±2。32)%，低于对照组的(30。93±7。63)%，差异有统计意义(P＜0。05)。2 组客观缓解率(objective response rate，ORR)、疾病控制率(disease control rate，DCR)比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。结论 中医辨证联合调强放疗对于改善患者的T淋巴细胞亚群水平、提升患者的免疫功能有促进价值。
Effect of TCM Dialectical Combined With Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy on Immune Function of Patients With Local Middle and Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM dialectical combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy on immune function of patients with local middle and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 40 patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed pathologically in Maoming People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment plans,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intensity modulated radiotherapy,and the observation group was treated with TCM dialectical combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy.The therapeutic effect and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of total T lymphocyte(CD3+),helper T lymphocyte(CD4+)and natural killer(NK)cells in the observation group were(58.39±8.12)%,(33.63±7.92)%,(16.98±2.44)%,which were higher than(48.84±7.93)%,(20.27±5.06)%,(7.58±4.16)%in the control group,the level of cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CD8+)in the observation group was(21.28±2.32)%,which was lower than(30.93±7.63)%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in objective response rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TCM dialectical combined with intensity modulated radiotherapy can improve the level of T lymphocyte subsets and enhance the immune function of patients.
