Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease from the department of cardiology,Sanming First Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group and the research group according to different treatment drugs,75 cases in each group.The control group received a single regimen(atorvastatin),and the research group received combined regimen(atorvastatin combined with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills).The clinical efficacy,changes of hemorheology,oxidative stress response and improvement of cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the research group was 94.67%(71/75),which was higher than 80.00%(60/75)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood viscosity was low,whole blood viscosity was high,and plasma viscosity of the research group were(8.65±0.82)mPa·s,(5.02±0.51)mPa·s,and(1.29±0.26)mPa·s,which were lower than(10.66±0.99)mPa·s,(6.77±0.62)mPa·s,(1.58±0.35)mPa·s of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF),6 minute walking distance(6MWD)of the research group were(66.55±6.05)%and(409.21±41.34)m,which were higher than(58.83±5.93)%and(386.24±35.42)m of the control group,left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)of the research group were(50.34±4.74)mm and(46.08±8.24)mm,which were lower than(55.85±5.48)mm and(49.73±8.65)mm of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px)of the research group were(91.84±1.58)Ku/L and(204.75±19.23)U/L,respectively,which were higher than(80.56±1.35)Ku/L and(164.35±17.56)U/L of the control group,malondialdehyde(MDA)of the research group was(6.02±1.21)μmol/L,which was lower than(8.89±1.71)μmol/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills can obtain obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can not only improve the hemorheology,but also avoid the body from being in the oxidative stress state for a long time and promote the recovery of cardiac function.The combined drug regimen is highly effective.
