Effect of Hierarchical Management Model in Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection of Multi-Drug Resistant Bacteria
Objective To observe the application effect of hierarchical management model in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection of multi-drug resistant bacteria and its influence on the rational utilization rate of antibiotics. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Qinghai Province from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,38 patients with conventional management were used as control group, and 38 patients with hierarchical management model were used as observation group. The incidence of infection and rational utilization rate of antibiotics were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of infection in the observation group was 0,which was lower than 15.79%in the control group, and the rational utilization rate of antibiotics in the observation group was 89.47%,which was higher than 71.05%in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management model in the prevention and control of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection can further reduce the incidence of infection, and improve the rational utilization rate of antibacterial drugs, which can play a positive antibacterial effect in the prevention and control of hospital infection.
