Application Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing in Hemodialysis Patients During Induction Period
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral nursing in hemodialysis patients during induction period. Methods A total of 90 hemodialysis patients treated in Quanzhou First Hospital,Fujian from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the observation group received cognitive behavioral care in addition to routine care. The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after care and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were(32.44±5.31)points and(34.21±3.42)points,respectively,which were lower than(44.51±4.21)points and(47.31±4.61)points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life status of the observation group were(87.17±0.58)points,(86.01±0.98)points,(86.47±0.53)points and(66.32±1.51)points,respectively,which were higher than(79.22±1.11)points,(80.81±0.81)points,(78.84±0.81)points,(60.11±2.33)points of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing intervention in hemodialysis patients in induction stage can alleviate the adverse mood of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
