Effect of Positive Reinforcement Theory Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Cervical Spondylosis Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of positive reinforcement theory nursing on the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis who underwent surgery in the department of spinal orthopedics,Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Based on the difference of admission order,a total of 50 patients who were admitted to the hospital successively were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received positive reinforcement theory nursing intervention on this basis. The total cooperationy, neck disability index(NDI)score, visual analog scale(VAS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),quality of life-74(QOL-74)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total cooperation of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that 80.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,NDI score,VAS score,HAMD score and HAMA score in the observation group were(9.05±1.13)points,(2.07±0.25)points,(6.31±0.68)points and(6.44±0.54)points,which were lower than(17.48±3.01)points,(4.11±0.58)points,(10.48±1.57)points and(9.62±1.38)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of social function, psychological state, physical pain and physiological state in the observation group were(83.27±5.36)points,(83.63±5.51)points,(83.18±5.60)points and(83.79±5.35)points,which were higher than(72.53±3.41)points,(72.77±3.24)points,(72.63±3.24)points,(72.31±3.89)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive reinforcement theory nursing intervention in postoperative rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylosis patients can bring positive effects on patients'treatment compliance, cervical spondylosis function and pain degree, negative psychological state and quality of life.
