摘要
卫生健康领域的地方性法规是我国卫生健康法律体系的重要组成部分,是国家立法的重要补充.近年来,特别是2015年《立法法》修改赋予设区的市立法权以来,各地围绕地方卫生健康工作实际,制定了一大批针对性强、实效性好的地方性法规,有效保证了卫生法律法规在本行政区域执行,保障了当地卫生健康事业发展,并为国家相关领域的立法积累了经验.
Abstract
Local laws and regulations in the field of health are an important part of China's health legal system and an important supplement to national legislation.In recent years,especially since the Legislative Law was revised in 2015,a large number of local laws and regulations with strong pertinence and good effectiveness have been formu-lated around the actual situation of local health work,which effectively ensured the implementation of health laws and regulations in their respective administrative regions,ensured the development of local health undertakings,and accumulated experience for national legislation in related fields.
