摘要
基于非现场执法的概念和医疗机构传染病防治监督"互联网+监管"应用的现状,分析医疗机构传染病防治监督中非现场执法模式实现的技术可行性和法律适用性,对医疗机构传染病防治监督非现场模式的程序制定提出合理建议.
Abstract
Based on the concept of off-site law enforcement and the status of online monitoring in infectious dis-ease prevention and control supervision of medical institutions,this paper analyzed the technical feasibility and legal applicability of implementing off-site law enforcement mode in infectious disease prevention and control supervision of medical institutions,and made reasonable recommendations of procedures development of off-site law enforcement in infectious disease prevention and control supervision of medical institutions.
