中医药监督实训基地建设的研究

摘要
中医药监督是一门新兴的卫生监督专业,需要打造一支专业化、规范化、职业化的中医药监督队伍作为支撑.然而中医药监督专业性较强,执法队伍中拥有中医药专业知识背景的人员极少,对中医药相关知识及法律法规政策理解和掌握水平差异较大,在一定程度上制约了执法水平的提升.为改变这种现状,加快推进中医药监督实训基地建设,全方位、多角度、多形式加强中医药监督人员培训,使其更好地为中医药事业的发展服务凸显重要,探讨中医药监督实训基地建设的必要性和目的,从建设内容及运行机制等方面提出建议.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese Medicine supervision is an emerging health supervision profession,which needs to build a professional,standardized and professional supervision team of TCM as support.However,the supervi-sion of TCM is highly professional,and the law enforcement team has very few personnel with professional knowl-edge of TCM,and the understanding and mastery of relevant knowledge of TCM and laws,regulations and policies differ greatly,which restricts the improvement of law enforcement level to a certain extent.In order to change this situation,it is important to accelerate the construction of TCM supervision and training base,strengthen the train-ing of TCM supervision personnel in an all-round,multi-angle and multi-forms,so that they can better serve the de-velopment of TCM.This paper discussed the necessity and purpose of the construction of TCM supervision and training base,and put forward some suggestions from the aspects of construction content and operation mechanism.
