The continuous improvement of medical quality and highly efficient operating management of hospi-tals will be implemented in the construction of hospital management system.Modern hospitals are faced with many legal affairs,including internal operating management and external economic activities,which urgently need profes-sional legal support.Promoting the construction of the legal management system and providing standardized legal support from the whole process of management is of great significance to promote the scientific and fine operation of hospitals.By summarizing the role of the legal management in promoting the risk prevention management in the hos-pital operation,this paper put forward the importance of hospital legal management and promoted the construction and practice of the hospital legal department.
