医疗行风建设是实施"健康中国战略",构建和谐医患关系的政治基础,也为公立医院高质量发展提供重要保障.结合近年来通报的典型案例,分析当前医疗行风建设严峻形势,探讨医疗卫生领域职务犯罪和不正之风的原因并提出对策建议,为新时期公立医院行风建设工作提供参考,推进构建完善医院行风建设长效工作机制.
Abstract
The construction of medical ethics is the political foundation of implementing"Healthy China Strate-gy"and harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and also provides practical guarantee for the high-quality develop-ment of public hospitals.Combined with the typical reported cases of the medical and health sector,this study ana-lyzed the severe situation of the construction of the medical industry,discussed the causes of the duty crime and medical malpractice in pharmaceutical sales,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the ethics construction of public hospital in the new era.To improves the construction of long-term working mechanism of hospital ethics mechanism.
