Wrongful acts of independent clinical laboratory and countermeasures of social co-governance
During the COVID-19 Epidemic,the concealment of virus transmission and the normalization of epi-demic prevention and control promoted the rapid development of the industry of independent clinical laboratory.While the independent clinical laboratory help the government undertake public functions,lawbreaking and criminal chaos caused by the lack of system and the motive of illegal profit also brings challenges to government regulation.In the short term,we can consider strengthening supervision to regulate the administrative violations and criminal offence of the independent clinical laboratory.In this process,the legislation,supervision,industry autonomy and social participation for independent clinical laboratory are still insufficient.Social co-governance played its unique in-stitutional advantages and collaborative functions.On the one hand,we should improve the legislative level,estab-lish and improve the supporting regulatory mechanism.On the other hand,we should improve the construction of industry compliance and strengthen the social participation mechanism.
