Analysis on legislation model of tuberculosis prevention and control in China
At present,the special laws and regulations on tuberculosis prevention and control are generally low in effectiveness,the legislative content is not perfect,and the formulation time is long,which is difficult to adapt to the needs of tuberculosis prevention and control under the new situation.It is urgent to strengthen the implementa-tion of various measures by improving the effectiveness of tuberculosis prevention and control,so as to ensure the treatment effect of tuberculosis and the rights and interests of tuberculosis patients.Based on the current situation of tuberculosis prevention and control legislation in China,this paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of improving tuberculosis prevention and control legislation in China,and proposed the legislative focus,legislative path and leg-islative framework of tuberculosis prevention and control.
