Medical jurisprudence course,an indispensable component of the medical education system,is the foundation and guarantee for the cultivation of medical students'professional ethics.This article introduces our medi-cal jurisprudence course which mainly adopts the dual-subject teaching mode,follows the teacher-led principle and effective principle in practice,combines various teaching forms,establishes a course structure of full communication and equal participation between students and teachers.Based on the teaching practice of the dual-subject teaching model in the medical jurisprudence course,this article analyzes the teaching effect,showing that the dual-subject teaching mode effectively improves students'subjective initiative,enhances students'independent learning ability and understanding of medical jurisprudence,and helps to cultivate medical talents with humanistic feelings and the con-cept of rule of law.
