The wide integration of internet and medicine has become an important direction for the reform of health system in the new era.A large number of legal documents in the area of cyber-health have been promulgated,and cyber-health law is gradually becoming an independent system.Cyber-health law should be a new branch of health law,and the education of health law should also reflect this fact.However,there are still some limitations in the current education and personnel training in terms of cyber-health law,which can't meet the actual needs.We should take targeted measures to improve,including making clear position of cyber-health law as a new branch of health law,scientifically dividing the content of cyber-health law,revealing and refining the unique concept of cyber-health law in the macro scope,and increasing the resource and investment to the education of cyber-health law,ex-tending and connecting the training stage of cyber-health law,strengthening the integration of multi-disciplinary teaching,and compiling special teaching materials of cyber-health law,etc.in the micro scope.
