摘要
为更好贯彻执行新《医疗机构管理条例》,从行政执法角度阐述了新《医疗机构管理条例》顺应改革大局、取消设置审批、实行诊所备案、同步法律衔接、加大处罚力度、增加处罚种类等特点,提出了卫生监督机构的应对措施和思考建议,希望有助于卫生监督同行之间的交流,也为医疗机构依法执业提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
In order to better implement the newly revised"Regulations on the Management of Medical Institu-tions",from the perspective of administrative law enforcement,this article elaborated on the characteristics of the newly revised"Regulations on the Management of Medical Institutions"that comply with the overall reform situa-tion,cancel the approval of establishment,implement clinic registration,synchronize legal connections,increase punishment intensity,and increase punishment types.It proposes corresponding measures and thinking suggestions for health supervision institutions,hoping to contribute to the exchange of health supervision peers,It also provides reference for medical institutions to practice in accordance with the law.
