By sorting out the handling of an occupational health and health case and combining with the handling and investigation procedures,this paper analyzed several problems in the fact determination and law application prac-tice of the case,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the classification principle of the nature of the occupational disease hazard factors of the employer,the restrictions on the use of the law enforcement recorder in the secret-related departments of the parties,and the determination of"timely correction"in the occupational health ad-ministrative punishment,and fills in the weak points of supervision and law enforcement.It also actively responded to the Notice of the National Health Commission on Carrying out the Pilot Work of Classified Supervision and Law Enforcement of Occupational Health,and further explored the practical significance of the pilot work of classified supervision and law enforcement of occupational health based on the supervision and law enforcement activities re-flected in this case,so as to accumulate experience for the promotion of the next pilot in more regions.
