The Health Promotion Law came into effect on June 1,2020.The Doctors Law came into effect on March 1,2022.The new version of Management Regulation of Medical Institutions came into effect on May 1,2022.It will involve the application of the 2016 edition of Management Regulation of Medical Institutions,the Prac-ticing Doctors Law,the Health Promotion Law,the Doctors Law and the 2022 edition of Management Regulation of Medical Institutions when Investigating and dealing with continuous unlicensed medical practice which happened be-fore June 1,2020.Whether it is the competition between the simultaneously effective laws such as The Doctors Law and The Health Promotion Law,or the application of laws when illegal acts cross the old and new laws such as The Doctors Law and The Practicing Doctors Law,these are often involved in the investigation and handling of unli-censed medical practice,this paper discusses the application of law in various situations with a simulated case.
