In the era of overall rule of law,it is inevitable to build a hospital ruled by law.The author analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the hospital legal department at home and abroad,and put forward some suggestions,such as striving for the support of the national policy,including the hospital le-gal department into the three-fixed plan of the hospital,integrating the functions of similar departments,setting up the legal department,allocating full and sufficient personnel,formulating the work responsibilities and hospital legal affairs management measures,strengthening the construction of the legal talent team,comprehensively implemen-ting the legal consultant system and strengthening the construction of the lawyer team,It will play an important role in ensuring the construction of hospitals under the rule of law.
