医疗服务中知情告知对象及履行方式初探

摘要
为了保障患者在就诊过程中的合法权益,防止医务人员因未尽告知义务给患者造成二次损害,避免和减少医疗纠纷的发生,以两起典型案件为例,对知情告知对象的范围及履行方式进行了深入探讨.分析医务人员在知情告知时的注意事项,提出了加强对传统知情告知方式管理、建立统一的"知情告知智慧系统"、对微信和短信等告知方式进行规范等可行性建议.
Abstract
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients during medical treatment,prevent medical personnel from causing secondary damage to patients due to failure to fulfill their disclosure obligations,and avoid and reduce medical disputes,this article took two typical cases as examples to conduct an in-depth exploration on the scope and implementation methods of informed consent in medical services.It analyzed the precautions that medical personnel should take when informing and obtaining consent from patients,and put forward feasible sugges-tions such as strengthening the management of traditional informed consent methods,establishing a unified"smart system for informed consent in medical services",and standardizing the use of WeChat and SMS as means of infor-ming patients.
