摘要
以新媒体背景下意识形态传播风险防控的重要性为出发点,针对传播特性,从传播者、传播内容、传播渠道、受众、传播效果五个维度分析传播风险点,提出风险防控措施:应当坚持党的领导,完善制度保障;加强组织管理,约束各方责任;内容有效供给,创新表达形式;提高网络安全防范,建立舆情引导和应急机制;搭建对话、沟通桥梁,培育价值取向;建立舆情监控体系,加强部门联动.
Abstract
Based on the importance of risk prevention and control of ideological communication with new media,this paper analyzed risk communication points from five dimensions:communicator,communication content,com-munication channel,audience,and communication effect.And the risk prevention and control measures were put forward measures:adhere to the leadership of the Party and improve institutional safeguards;strengthen organiza-tional management and restrain the responsibilities of all parties;effective supply of content and innovative expres-sion forms;improve network security prevention and establish public opinion guidance and emergency response mechanisms;build communication bridges to cultivate value orientation;establish public opinion monitoring system and strengthen linkage among departments.
