摘要

由于我国法学专业认证的标准、认证办法迟迟未能制定,法学专业认证工作更是未曾启动,法学教育无法通过规范化管理保障法学教育质量.建议借鉴临床医学、师范、工程等专业的认证制度,构建法学专业的三级专业认证机制;成立教育部法学类专业认证工作委员会,并以《法学类教学质量国家标准》作为法学专业认证的标准;建立规范、公正的法学专业的认证程序与认证争议处理机制;推动开办法学专业的院校参与法学专业认证,持续提高法学各专业的教学质量与社会认可度.

Abstract

Due to the delayed formulation of standards and certification methods for the legal profession certifi-cation in China,and the fact that the legal profession certification work has not been initiated,legal education cannot guarantee the quality of legal education through standardized management.It is recommended to learn from the cer-tification systems of clinical medicine,normal education and engineering,and construct a three-level professional certification mechanism for law majors.It is suggested the establishment of the Law Professional Certification Work Committee of the Ministry of Education,using the"National Standards for the Quality of Law Teaching"as the standard for law professional certification and establishing a standardized and fair certification process and certifica-tion dispute resolution mechanism for the legal profession.We should promptly carry out pilot work on legal profes-sional certification and effectively improve the quality of education and social recognition in China's legal profession.
