After China's government regulation has realized the transformation from comprehensive regulation to regulation easing,the concept of"better regulation"has become the direction of China's regulation reform because of its rationality.Traditional Chinese Medicine is an important field of government regulation in China.The regulation reform of Traditional Chinese Medicine is facing a special situation,including the comprehensive promotion of the modernization of China's government governance system and governance capacity,the purpose of the effectiveness and safety of health regulation,and the realistic conditions for the differences between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine.The regulatory reform of Traditional Chinese Medicine must establish the concept of"better regulation",make rational use of"better regulation"tools,promote the introduction of regulatory policies to sup-port Traditional Chinese Medicine,and constantly revise regulatory policies and tools by measuring the impact and performance of regulation through regulatory impact assessment,so as to continuously move forward to"better reg-ulation".
