In China,health-food is identified as a special food,which belongs to food,but there are obvious differences between health-food and food.In the specific administrative supervision,the safety problems should be considered based on the unique efficacy of health-food,so as to carry out safety supervision.However,for the cur-rent safety supervision,due to the weakening of the purpose of public life safety guarantee,the lack of relevant laws and regulations,and the deficiency of the system itself,the safety supervision is missing in practice,which affects the practice of health-food administrative supervision.In view of the above facts,it is necessary to strengthen health-food administrative supervision to maintain the purpose of public life safety,improve the food safety law and relevant legal regulations,Under the dual-track system of registration and filing,improve the filing and registration supervision of composite raw materials,and finally,if possible,introduce the third party supervision mechanism,so as to promote the improvement of the health-food administrative supervision system in China,better safeguard pub-lic safety and ensure the development of the health food market.
