Practical challenges and coping strategies for prohibiting the automatic generation of prescription regulations such as artificial intelligence
The provisions prohibiting artificial intelligence from prescribing on behalf of prescriptions(hereinaf-ter referred to as the"Provisions")face many challenges in practice, such as the difficulty of the number of regis-tered physicians to meet the needs of Internet medical treatment, the need to clarify the subject of supervision and law enforcement, the unclear division of legal responsibilities, and the game between regulatory strengthening and cost control. The promulgation of the regulations has a scientific and legal basis, and has or will have a certain de-gree of impact on stakeholders,i.e.health administrative agencies,Internet medical institutions and patients, but on the whole, the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. Therefore, from the perspective of stakeholder theory,sug-gestions are put forward for various stakeholders to solve the problems in the implementation of the regulations and achieve the maximum"homogeneity"between Internet diagnosis and treatment and physical institutions'diagnosis and treatment services.
