摘要
在政策引导与法律保障的体制下,我国中医诊所的数量及提供诊疗服务的能力逐年稳步增强.伴随中医诊所备案制降低事前准入门槛后,事中与事后的监管是否到位和有效就显得尤其重要.针对我国中医诊所运行现状中存在的法律规则适用不明确、执法队伍的专业性欠缺、从业人员的专业素质待提升、患者知情权的保障需加强以及传统中药制剂的配置问题等讨论分析后,探索相应的改进路径,旨在促进中医诊所的发展,同时也确保其所提供的中医医疗服务质量.
Abstract
Under the policy guidance and legal protection system,the number and ability of providing medical services of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics in China have steadily increased year by year.With the reduction of pre-entry threshold in the registration system for Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics,it becomes particularly im-portant to ensure effective supervision during and after the provision of services.By discussing and analyzing the current situation of the operation of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics in China,this paper explores corresponding improvement paths,aiming to promote the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics while ensuring the quality of traditional Chinese medical services provided.
