The Application and understanding of principle of reasonableness in administrative penalties
This paper introduced a case of investigating and dealing with violations of occupational health in-spection.During the supervision and inspection process,law enforcement personnel conducted detailed and in-depth thinking and demonstration on the rationality of multiple illegal behaviors.According to the specific situation of each behavior,finally administrative penalties or non recognition decision were made.It is necessary to introduce the ap-plication and speculation process of the principle of reasonableness in this case which could provide great reference significance for the front-line supervision and law enforcement.The authors conduct an in-depth analysis from three aspects including case introduction,case analysis and suggestions for the purpose of helping law enforcement person-nel to further understand the principle of administrative rationality and improve their ability to handle cases.
