摘要
通过分析公立医院纪检监督、审计监督与行风监督现状,从制度、信息、技术三个协同要素出发,找准三者协同监督的着力点.充分发挥纪检、审计以及行风部门专业优势与人员互补作用,将传统条块管理关系转变为互动关系,探索构建纪检监督、审计监督和行风监督协同贯通体系,最终形成"1+1+1大于3"的综合效能,为提升公立医院治理水平提供参考.
Abstract
By analyzing the current situation of discipline inspection supervision,audit supervision and profes-sional ethics supervision in public hospitals,this paper starts from the three synergistic elements of system,infor-mation and technology,identifies the focus of the coordinated supervision of these three,gives full play to the pro-fessional advantages and complementary roles of discipline inspection,auditing and professional ethics departments,transforms the traditional management relationship into an interactive relationship,explores the construction of a collaborative system of discipline inspection supervision,audit supervision and professional ethics supervision,and finally forms a comprehensive efficiency of"1+1+1 is greater than 3",which provides reference for improving the governance level of public hospitals.
