摘要

目的 识别某公司微纳光子集成中心改造项目职业病危害因素,并分析职业病危害关键控制点.方法 2022年通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测检验法对本项目职业病危害进行定性和定量评价.结果 本项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有硫酸、氨、氮氧化物、盐酸、氢氧化钠、氯气、六氟化硫、过氧化氢、氟化氢、三氯乙烯、异丙醇、磷酸、丙酮、镍及其化合物、二氧化锡、噪声.有毒物质检测合格率100%,噪声测量合格率100%.结论 该项目职业病危害因素较多,生产过程、设备检维修及事故应急救援时对毒物的控制为该项目职业病危害的关键控制点.企业应加强职业病危害关键控制点管理,防止中毒、灼伤等职业病危害发生.

Abstract

Objective To identify the occupational hazards in conducting a renovation project by a company's micro-nano photonic integration center,and analyze the critical control points.Methods On-site investigation and inspection were car-ried out for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the occupational hazards in conducting the renovation project in 2022.Results The main occupational hazards identified include sulfuric acid,ammonia,nitrogen oxide,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,chlorine,sulfur hexafluoride,hydrogen peroxide,hydrogen fluoride,trichloroethylene,isopropanol,phosphoric acid,acetone,nickel and its compounds,tin dioxide,and noise.The levels of toxic substances exposure were lower than the occupational exposure limits.Moreover,the noise exposure level was also lower than the occupational expo-sure limit.Conclusion There are many occupational hazards in implementing this project,and the critical control points for controlling toxic substance exposure involve the production process,equipment repair and maintenance,and accident emergency rescue.The company should strengthen the management of these control points so as to prevent the occurrence of occupational hazards such as poisoning and burns.
