Simultaneous determination of the migration of multiple metal elements in purple sand products for food contact by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
Objective To analyze the migration of 23 metal elements was purple sand products for food, this paper establi-shes an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method. Methods The samples were under the specific migration conditions, the migration amount of 23 metal elements in purple sand products for food was determined by inductively cou-pled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with 4%acetic acid solution as the food simulant. Results The linearity of each element was good, the correlation coefficient R>0.999,and the detection limit of the method was between 0.000 5-0.045 0 mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 1.02%-4.88%(n=6),and the recovery rate of standard addition is between 99.3%-101.7%.Conclusion The method is accurate, precise, fast, and high-throughput,which is suitable for the de-tection of the migration of 23 metal elements in purple sand products for food.
