摘要

目的 建立人参归脾丸中(Pb)、砷(As)、铜(Cu)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)5种重金属元素的残留检测方法.方法 采集人参归脾丸大蜜丸和小蜜丸为样品,样品经微波消解后,以锗(72Ge)、铟(115In)、铋(209Bi)混合溶液作为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(1CP-MS)进行5种重金属元素的残留量测定.结果 Pb、As、Cu、Cd、Hg 5种重金属元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.999 6),回收率在93.86%~103.44%范围内RSD≤2.2%,方法的检出限在0.001 0~0.092 0 mg/kg范围内.结论 该检测方法准确,灵敏度高.人参归脾丸中5种重金属元素均得到较好控制.

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the detection of five heavy metal impurities including lead(Pb),arsenic(As),copper(Cu),cadmium(Cd)and mercury(Hg)in Renshenguipi pills.Methods The samples of Renshenguipi pills were digested by microwave,and the mixed solutions of 72Ge,115In and 209Bi were used as internal standards.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the impurities of Pb,As,Cu,Cd and Hg.Results The five heavy metal impurities showed good linearity within the selected concentration ranges(r ≥0.999 6)with the recovery ratio ranging from 93.86%to 103.44%(RSD≤2.2%).The detection limit of the method ranged from 0.001 0-0.092 0 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive,and its application contributes to the good control of the five heavy metal impurities in Renshenguipi pills.
