某石化企业噪声危害现状调查

目的 调查某石化企业的噪声危害现状,了解该企业噪声重点存在的岗位,为主要接噪岗位防控提出依据.方法 对该企业各岗位及作业场所噪声分布情况的调查、现场检测、防护设施和个体防护等内容进行分析.结果 检测数据显示该企业中有158个接噪岗位,其中,稀土顺丁装置干燥岗及成品车间低压包装厂房叉车司机等8个接噪岗位噪声检测结果超标,超标率为5.0%,噪声作业分级为Ⅰ级.其余岗位噪声符合国家职业接触限值要求.作业场所噪声强度≥85 dB(A)的检测点304个,占总数的48.3%(304/630),主要分布在高噪声设备如机泵、风机、压缩机等附近.结论 该企业中部分接噪岗位噪声强度较大,应将其视为关键接噪岗位实施重点管控.
Investigation on the current situation of noise hazards in a petrochemical enterprise
Objective To investigate the current situation of the noise hazard in a petrochemical enterprise,to understand the key noise positions of the enterprise,and to put forward the basis for the prevention and control of the main noise posi-tions.Methods The investigation on noise distribution,field detection,protection facilities,individual protections and other contents of each position and workplace in the enterprise were analyzed.Results The test data showed that there were 158 noise positions in the enterprise,and the noise detection results for 8 positions,such as drying position of rare earth butadiene rubber device and forklift driver of low-voltage packaging workshop in finished product workshop,of them,exceeded the standard.The exceeding rate was 5.0%and the noise operation was classified as grade Ⅰ.The noise of the oth-er positions met the requirements of the national occupational exposure limit.There were 304 detection points with noise in-tensity≥85 dB(A)in the workplace,accounting for 48.3%(304/630)of the total,mainly distributed near high-noise equipment such as pumps,fans and compressors.Conclusion The noise intensity of some noise positions in the enterprise is relatively high,so they should be regarded as the key noise positions and implemented key control.
