Objective To understand the present situation and demand of vaccination for foreign children in Yunnan, and to explore the measures for further improving vaccination service. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to in-vestigate the parents/guardians of foreign children aged 2 years and below for collecting the children's basic information, vaccination status and the vaccination knowledge of their parents/guardians.The vaccination rate was calculated according to vaccination records, and the influencing factors of vaccination were studied by logistic regression analysis. Results A to-tal of 133 children were included in analysis. The coverage rates of BCG vaccine, the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine, the first dose of poliomyelitis vaccine, the first dose of DPT vaccine and the first dose of measles vaccine were 97.0%,97.7%,94.5%,91.5%and 84.0%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the children whose parents/guardians with a junior high school education or above had a lower risk of incomplete vaccination(OR=0.31,P<0.05).Conclusion Vaccination coverage rate of foreign children was lower than that of local children in Yunnan Province.Vaccination man-agement and service should be strengthened according to the vaccination status of target groups.
