目的 了解龙岩市军团菌水体污染及人群感染情况,为防制提供依据.方法 根据《福建省军团菌病监测方案(修订稿)》的要求,于2019-2022年对龙岩市公共场所水体进行军团菌分离培养、鉴定;用ELISA方法对肺炎住院病例及部分健康人群血清进行Lp1-7抗体水平检测.结果 龙岩市公共场所水体军团菌阳性率为2.34%,其中冷却塔水在各种水体中检出率最高(3.68%);肺炎住院病例与健康人群均有较高的Lp感染率,总阳性率16.93%,IgG阳性率(13.04%)显著高于IgM(3.89%),差异有统计学意义(x2=23.62,P<0.05);两类人群IgG、IgM阳性率及总阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(x2=0.04、2.41、0.98,均P>0.05).结论 龙岩市公共场所各种水体检出嗜肺军团菌,人群中有较高的Lp感染率,需加强军团菌监测,预防军团菌病发生.
Surveillance of Legionella in Longyan,2019-2022
Objective To understand the status of Legionella contamination in water and Legionella infection in people in Longyan City,and to provide evidence for relevant control and prevention.Methods According to the requirements of Le-gionnaires'Disease Surveillance Program of Fujian Province(Revised Version),the water in public places in Longyan was detected from 2019 to 2022 to examine whether there was Legionella contamination by isolating,culturing and identifying Legionella.ELISA was used to detect the level of Lp1-7 antibody in the serum of hospitalized pneumonia patients and some healthy people.Results The overall prevalence of Legionella in water in public places was 2.97%.The cooling tower water had the highest prevalence of Legionella(3.38%).Both hospitalized patients with pneumonia and healthy people had high prevalence of Legionella pneumophila(Lp),with pooled prevalence of 16.93%,among which the pooled prevalence of IgG(13.04%)was significantly higher than that of IgM(3.89%).There was no significant difference in the prevalence of IgG positivity,IgM positivity,or IgG with IgM positivity between the two groups(x2=0.04,2.41,0.98,P>0.05).Conclusion Legionella was detected in water in public places,and there was high prevalence of Lp among the population in Longyan,so Legionella monitoring should be strengthened to prevent the incidence of Legionnaires'disease.
