某高压电缆生产企业职业病危害现状评价

目的 探讨某年产3万吨高压电缆生产企业职业病危害现状.方法 2021年11月—2022年2月,依据职业卫生相关标准对该企业进行现场卫生学调查和职业病危害因素检测,并参照历年的职业健康检查报告,通过自制检查表进行信息分析,对该企业职业病危害进行总体评价.结果 粉尘及化学有害物质的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求.接触噪声岗位检测结果有4个岗位8 h等效连续A声级超过国家标准限值,其余合格,检测合格率80%;高温、电焊弧光及工频电场检测岗位均未超标.结论 该企业建设项目职业病危害风险类别为严重,职业卫生状况基本达到国家卫生标准要求,其中拉丝、绞线、绝缘交联(三层共挤)、外护套(挤塑)岗位为关键控制岗位.该项目的职业病危害控制措施基本合格,但部分噪声岗位仍需加强治理,强化职业卫生综合管理并加强个人防护用品配备和使用情况监督.
Evaluation of occupational hazards in a high-voltage cable manufacturer
Objective To evaluate the status of occupational hazards in a high-voltage cable manufacturing enterprise.Methods From November 2021 to February 2022,in accordance with the relevant standards of occupational health,the field occupational health survey and occupational hazard factor detection were used in the enterprise.And,according to the occupational health examination report of the past years,the information analysis was carried out through the self-made checklist to evaluate the occupational hazards of the enterprise.Results The detection results of dust and chemical harmful substances met the requirements of national health standards.The detection results for positions exposed to noise showed that the equivalent continuous A sound level in 8 hours of four positions exceeded national standard,while the rest were qualified.And the detection pass rate was 80% .The positions of high-temperature,welding arc and power frequency elec-tric field detection did not exceed the standard.Conclusion The occupational disease risk category of the enterprise's con-struction project is severe,and the occupational health status basically meets the national health standards.Among them,the positions of wire drawing,stranded wire,insulation cross-linking(three-layer co-extrusion),and outer sheath(extru-sion)are key control positions.The occupational hazard control measures of the project are basically qualified,but some noise positions,the comprehensive management of occupational health and the supervision on the allocation and use of per-sonal protective equipment still need to be strengthened.
