高效液相色谱法测定红药制剂中羟基红花黄色素A的含量

目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定红药制剂中羟基红花黄色素A(HSYA)的含量.方法 采用ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(26∶2∶72)作为流动相,流速0.8 ml/min,柱温30 ℃,检测波长为403 nm.结果 HSYA在0.012 5~2.491 4 μg(r=1.000 0)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.16%,RSD为1.58%.结论 该方法操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,可作为红药制剂中HSYA的质量控制.
Content determination of hydroxy safflower yellow A in hongyao preparation by high performance liquid chromatography
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for determining the content of hydroxy safflower yellow A(HSYA)in Hongyao preparation.Methods The determination was performed on ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mmx250 mm,5 μm)and the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid solution(72:26:2)with the flow rate of 0.8 ml/min.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 403nm.Re-sults HSYA had good linear relationship in the range of 0.012 5-2.491 4 μg(r=1.000 0).The average recovery of HSYA was 100.16% and RSD was 1.58% .Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation,strong speci-ficity and good repeatability.It is suitable for the quality control of HSYA in Hongyao preparation.
