高效液相色谱法测定紫蔻丸中香附烯酮、α-香附酮的含量

目的 建立同时测定紫蔻丸中香附烯酮、α-香附酮含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC).方法 选择ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长:254 nm.结果 香附烯酮、α-香附酮分别在0.108 8~1.088 0 μg和0.040 4~0.403 6μg的范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.1%和103.0%.结论 本研究所建立的方法易于操作,结果准确,可用于紫蔻丸的质量控制.
High-performance liquid chromatography for co-determination of cyperotundone and α-cyperone concentrations in Zikou pills
Objective To develop an high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)for co-determination of cyperotun-done and α-cyperone in Zikou pills.Methods We developed an HPLC using ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mmx4.6 mm,5 μm)as the chromatography column,methanol-water(at a ratio of 65:35)as the mobile phase,1.0 ml/min as the flow rate,30 ℃ as the column temperature,and 254 nm as the measurement wavelength.Results Cyperotundone and α-cyper-one had a good linear relationship with chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.108 8-1.088 0 μg and 0.040 4-0.403 6 μg,respectively,and the average recoveries were 102.1% and 103.0% ,respectively.Conclusion This method is easy operable and accurate,which can be used for quality control of Zikou pills.
