陕西省某机床制造企业职业病危害因素识别与控制

目的 识别陕西省某机床制造企业职业病危害状况,明确关键控制点,提出控制措施建议.方法 采用现场调查和检测等方法对该制造企业职业病危害进行定性和定量分析.结果 该企业主要职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、其他粉尘(金属粉尘、喷塑粉尘)、盐酸、硫酸、磷酸、氢氧化钠、氧化锌、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氮氧化物、臭氧、一氧化碳、噪声、紫外辐射等.检测结果显示,喷塑和电焊岗位粉尘CPE为22.0 mg/m3和9.5 mg/m3,接近3倍PC-TWA,粉尘CTWA为13.2 mg/m3和4.1 mg/m3;喷塑和喷漆岗位噪声强度为96.3 dB(A)和89.7 dB(A),检测结果超标.喷漆岗位苯、甲苯和二甲苯混合接触比值超标,其他各岗位职业病危害因素检测结果符合职业接触限值.结论 喷漆、喷塑、电焊岗位是职业病危害关键控制点.建议对超标作业岗位增设防尘、防毒和防噪声设施,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康.
Identification and control of occupational hazard factors in a machine tool manufacturing enterprise in Shaanxi Province
Objective To identify the occupational hazards of a machine tool manufacturing enterprise in Shaanxi Province,identify the key control pointsand propose control measures.Methods Qualitative and quantitative analysis of oc-cupational disease hazards in the manufacturing enterprise were carried out by field investigation and detection.Results The main occupational hazards of the enterprise were welding dust,grinding wheel dust,other dust(metal dust,plastic dust),hydrochloric acid,sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,sodium hydroxide,zinc oxide,benzene,toluene,xylene,nitro-gen oxide,ozone,carbon monoxide,noise,ultraviolet radiation,etc.The test results showed that the peak exposure con-centrations of dust in spraying and welding positions were 22.0 mg/m3 and 9.5 mg/m3,nearly 3 times PC-TWA.The time-weighted average concentrations of dust in spraying and welding positions were13.2 mg/m3 and 4.1 mg/m3,and the noise intensity of spraying and spraying positions in painting workshop was 96.3 dB(A)and 89.7 dB(A).The test results excee-ded the standards.The mixed contact ratio of benzene,toluene and xylene in painting position exceeded the standards.The test results of occupational hazard factors in other positions were in line with the occupational exposure limits.Conclusion Spray painting,spray plastic and electric welding are the key control points of occupational hazards.It is suggested to add dustproof,anti-gas and anti-noise facilities to positions that exceed the standards,strengthen personal protection,and pro-tect the health of workers.
