Analysis on the contamination situation of Listeria monocytogenes in bluk ready-to-eat food in Jilin Province from 2011 to 2022
Objective To understand the contamination situation of Listeria monocytogenes in bulk ready-to-eat food in Ji-lin Province,so as to provide scientific basis for controlling the contamination of bulk ready-to-eat food and strengthening food safety supervision in Jilin Province.Methods From 2011 to 2022,6 085 samples of 10 types of bulk ready-to-eat food were randomly purchased from food service and circulation links in 9 regions of Jilin Province,and detected according to GB 4789.30-2010/2016"National Standard for Food Safety Listeria Monocytogenes Test",and the results were statisti-cally analyzed.Results A total of 180 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected in 6 085 samples,with a detection rate of 2.96%.Among them,the detection rate of meat and meat products was the highest,6.29%;The detection rates of eggs and egg products,baked and fried food,milk and dairy products,catering food and soybean products were 0.50%-3.04%.The detection rate of nuts,frozen drinks,aquatic products,fruits and their products was 0%.There were signifi-cant differences in the detection rate among different food types(x2=110.323,P<0.05).The detection rates of Listeria monocytogenes were 2.33%and 3.45%in the catering service link and circulation link,respectively,and the detection rates in the circulation link were higher than those in the catering service link.The difference between sampling locations was statistically significant(x2=6.612,P<0.05).Conclusion Meat products,soybean products,catering food presented a higher risk of contamination among all bulk ready-to-eat food categories in Jilin Province,suggesting that these types of food should be the focus of food safety supervision.Supervision of bulk ready-to-eat food in food circulation needs to be strengthened.
