摘要

目的 建立使用QuEChERS方法进行前处理,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜水果中氟虫腈、氟虫腈砜和氟虫腈亚砜的检测方法.方法 取市售的蔬菜水果可食部分粉碎后取样,用乙腈振荡超声提取,加入固相萃取盐包,取上清液过QuEChERS小柱,离心后净化液过0.22 μm过滤器,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测,基质曲线进行定量.结果 3种杀虫剂在1.0~100.0 ng/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数值均>0.995,检出限为0.5 μg/kg,定量限为1.5 µg/kg,加标回收率范围为74.1%~118.9%,RSD为3.2%~9.6%.结论 本方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可同时测定蔬菜水果中氟虫腈、氟虫腈砜和氟虫腈亚砜的残留量,为其日常监测提供技术参考.

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for the determination of fipronil,fipronil sulfone and fipronil sulfoxide in veg-etables and fruits by using QuEChERS method for pre-treatment and ultra high performance liquid chromatoplc-tandem mass spectrometry.Methods The edible parts of vegetables and fruits on the market were crushed and sampled,extracted by acetonitrile oscillating ultrasonic,added to solid phase extraction salt pack,supernatant was passed through QuEChERS small column,purified liquid after centrifugation was passed through 0.22 μm filter,determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and matrix curve was used for quantification.Results The three insec-ticides had good linearity relationship in the concentration range of 1.0-100.0 ng/ml,and the phase relationship values were all>0.995.The limits of detection were 0.5 μg/kg,and the limits of quantification were 1.5 μg/kg.The standard re-coveries ranged from 74.1%to 118.9%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were from 3.2%to 9.6%.Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive,and can simultaneously determine the residues of fipronil,fipronil sulfone and fipro-nil sulfoxide in vegetables and fruits,and provide technical reference for their daily monitoring.
