Current situation and influencing factors of occupational stress among female occupational population in Changchun City
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of occupational stress among female oc-cupational population in Changchun City,and to provide theoretical basis for implementing targeted intervention measures.Methods Based on the sample data of professional women in the occupational health literacy surveillance survey of key population in Changchun in 2023,the influential factors of occupational stress and their importance among female occupa-tional population in Changchun City were analyzed through independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,multiple linear stepwise regression and neural network model.Results A total of 2 029 female professionals were included,and the detec-tion rate of occupational stress was 21.7％.Education level(t=-2.778,P＜0.05),physical health status(t=-9.117,P＜0.05),occupational health literacy(t=-9.202,P＜0.001),years on the job(t=2.499,P＜0.05),weekly working hours(t=4.337,P＜0.05)and night shift(t=7.890,P＜0.05)were the independent influencing factors of occupational stress a-mong female occupational groups in Changchun City.Conclusion The detection rate of occupational stress among female occupational population in Changchun City is relatively high,so it is necessary to pay attention to female workers with low education level,poor health status and low occupational health literacy,and regular mental health promotion activities can be carried out to protect the physical and mental health of the female occupational population.
