The Influencing Factors and Mechanisms of Unplanned Rehospitalization:Review and Integrated Model
Reducing unplanned rehospitalization means saving medical costs, improving medical quality and enhancing patients'health, which is one of the potential grasps to improve the value of medical services.Scholars at home and abroad have paid more and more attention to the research on unplanned rehospitalization, but the existing research lacks theoretical foundation, and the in-fluence mechanism issues such as the influence factors, influence path and multiple subject interaction effect of rehospitalization have not yet reached a consensus.Based on the literature research,it combs the literature related to the influencing factors and influencing mechanism of rehospitalization, and constructs an integrated model of the influencing mechanism of unplanned rehospitalization from the multiple perspectives of supply-side,demand-side,and environmental factors based on Anderson's model. It will provide a theoretical framework and a research foundation for future empirical studies, and provide policy references to deepen the reform of China's medical and healthcare system.
