国家审计促进医疗卫生治理现代化的监督体系与路径研究

摘要
医疗卫生治理现代化是国家治理现代化的组成部分,是关键的民生问题.审计监督作为党和国家监督体系的重要组成部分,在医疗卫生治理领域发挥了积极的作用.随着医疗卫生治理现代化要求的提出,医疗卫生体系发生了根本性的变革.文章在分析医疗卫生治理现代化的基础上,结合医疗卫生治理现代化对国家审计的需求,构建促进医疗卫生治理现代化的国家审计监督体系,探讨审计业务协同实施路径,以期为开展医疗卫生治理领域审计工作提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The modemization of medical and health governance is an integral part of the modernization of national govemance and a key livelihood issue.As an important part of the Party and state supervision system,audit supervision has played a positive role in the field of medical and health management.With the requirement of modernization of medical and health management,the medical and health system has undergone fundamental reform.On the basis of analyzing the modernization of medical and health governance and combining the needs of national audit for the modernization of medical and health governance,it builds a national audit supervi-sion system to promote the modernization of medical and health governance,explores the collaborative implementation path of audit business,in order to provide references and inspiration for carrying out audits in the field of medical and health governance.
