Objective:To scientifically construct a hospital data asset application scenario framework based on the value chain,and further explore the value of hospital data assets. Methods:Based on the general principles of indicator design and SMART principles,the Delphi expert consultation method was implemented,combined with hospital practice,to establish an indicator system. Result:A value chain based framework for hospital data asset application scenarios was constructed and empirically demonstrated. Conclusion:It is needed to scientifically construct a hospital data asset application scenario framework based on the value chain,clearly demonstrate the development and construction path of hospital data asset application scenarios,and broaden the management ideas for hospital security and development in the digital economy era.
