乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定水中微量甘油

目的:建立了利用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定水中微量甘油含量的方法.方法:通过对水中微量的甘油进行过氧化,生成乙醛,再加入乙酰丙酮与生成的乙醛反应,通过紫外分光光度计在414 nm波长处测定生成的黄色化合物的量计算样品中甘油含量.结果:本方法的相对标准偏差为1.0% ~1.4%,加标回收率为99.6%~100.8%.结论:验证实验和实际样品检测实验表明:该方法精密度高、准确度好,是一种有效可行的方法.
Determination of trace glycerol in water by Acetylacetone spectrophotometric method
Objective:An Acetylacetone spectrophotometric method for determination of trace glycerol in water was built up.Methods:Based on periodate oxidation of glycerol,acetaldehyde was produced to react with acetylacetone to generate some yellow compound,then the glycerin content in the product was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 414 nm.Results:This method is simple,quick and economic.Conclusion:Data related to recovery tests and analysis of real samples showed the method with high precision and good accuracy is a viable method.
