漯河居民幽门螺杆菌感染现状分析

摘要
目的 分析漯河居民幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染现状,为Hp感染防治提供依据.方法 应用人幽门螺杆菌IgG(Hp-IgG)ELISA试剂盒检测1 874例调查人群血清Hp抗体;采用调查问卷形式,内容包括可能与Hp感染有关的问题.结果 漯河居民Hp感染率为57.79％,男性感染率(59.98％),高于女性(55.63％)(P＞0.05);农村居民Hp感染率(63.65％)高于郊区居民(59.28％),高于市区居民(51.11％)(P＜0.01);不同年龄段居民Hp感染率 差异明显(P＜0.01),相关疾病Hp感染率(83.62％)明显高于总体调查人群(P＜0.01).结论 漯河居民Hp感染应引起重视,应积极开展广泛的宣传教育,普及Hp知识,以减少Hp感染的发生.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in Luohe residents,and to provide evidence for prevention of Hp infection.Methods The serum Hp-IgG antibodies of 1 874 people were detected by Hp-IgG ELISA kit,and questionnaire investigation including Hp infection-related factors was also conducted in these people.Results The Hp infection rate of the residents in Luohe was 57.79％,and that of males (59.98％) was higher than females (55.63％) (P ＞ 0.05).The Hp infection rate of rural residents(63.65％) was higher than that of suburbia(59.28％) and urban residents (51.11％)(P ＜ 0.01).The Hp infection rates were significantly different among people at different ages (P ＜0.01),and the Hp infection rate of people with Hp-related diseases(83.62％) was significantly higher than that of the whole investigated population(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion More attention should be paid to Hp infection of residents,and Hp knowledge should be popularized to reduce the incidence of Hp infection in Luohe.
