摘要

目的 对一起学校食物中毒事件进行现场流行病学调查.方法 按照WS 271-2007《感染性腹泻诊断标准》、WS 287-2008《细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾诊断标准》方法进行致病菌检测,采用脉冲场凝胶电泳分析技术(PFGE)对分离的10株宋内志贺菌进行同源性分析.结果 9份肛拭子样本及1份井水样本分离到10株宋内志贺菌,在XLD、MAC、EMB平板上均有无色或粉红色、半透明、中等大小光滑可疑菌落,挑取可疑菌落进行生化鉴定,鉴定为志贺菌.血清凝集结果均为志贺菌4种多价诊断血清凝集、宋内1相诊断血清凝集.10株宋内志贺菌API20E鉴定符合率均为99.1%.对10株宋内志贺菌进行脉冲场同源性分析,显示其高度同源.结论 这是一起由宋内志贺菌污染水体引起的感染性腹泻疫情.

Abstract

Objective To carry out a field epidemiological investigation into a school food poisoning incident.Methods Pathogenic bacterium was detected according to Infectious Diarrheal Diagnosis Standard WS271-2008 and Amoebic Dysentery Diagnosis Standard WS287-2008.10 strains of Shigella sonnei were conducted for homologic analysis with pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Results Shigella sonnei were isolated from 9 anal swabs and 1 sample of well water.Colorless or pink,translucent,medium size smooth suspected colonies were detected in XLD,MAC,EMB plates,which were conducted for biochemical identification,verifying that they were Shigella sonnei.The results of serum agglutination showed 4 multivalent serum agglutinations of Shigella sonnei and 1 phase diagnostic serum agglutination.The API20E identification coincidence rate of 10 strains of Shigella sonnei was 99.1%.Homology analysis of the 10 strains showed high homology with Shigella sonnei.Conclusion This is an infectious diarrhea epidemic case caused by Shigella sonnei for water contamination.
