摘要
目的 探讨内蒙古鄂尔多斯地区汉族人群TLR9基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP) rs187084与原发性肝癌(HCC)发生的相关性.方法 采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法对当地167例原发性肝癌患者和316例健康对照者的TLR9基因rs187084位点进行基因分型,用非条件性Logistic回归计算比值比(OR)和95％可信区间(95％CI),评估各等位基因和基因型与HCC发病风险的关系.结果 SNP rs187084与该地区人群患原发性肝癌无相关性,但在男性人群中,CC基因型与男性HCC的发生相关,为男性人群HCC发生的危险因素[OR =2.32,95％ CI:(2.24 ～2.70)].结论 SNP rs187084可能在鄂尔多斯地区汉族男性人群原发性肝癌的发生中发挥一定作用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs187084 in TLR9 gene and primary hepatic carcinoma in Han population in Ordos.Methods SNP rs187084 was genotyped using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) method among 167 cases with primary hepatic carcinoma and 316 normal controls.And the data were analyzed by unconditional logistic regression to evaluate the association of the alleles and genotypes of rs187084 with primary hepatic carcinoma.Results No association was found between SNP rs187084 in TLR9 gene and primary hepatic carcinoma in the studied population.However,the CC genotype was significantly associated with primary hepatic carcinoma in male population.The carriers of CC genotype had a higher risk for the disease[OR =2.32,95％ CI:(2.24-2.70)].Conclusion SNP rs187084 might play an important role in the development of primary hepatic carcinoma in male Han Population in Ordos.
