Active surveillance results analysis of foodborne diseases in Mentougou District of Beijing in 2016
Objective To find out the epidemiological features of foodborne diseases in Mentougou District of Beijing.Methods To detect the stool specimens collected from two sentinel hospital for pathogen isolation and identification in 2016.Results 81 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 389 stool specimens,the total detection rate was 20.82%,and the main pathogenic bacterium were diarrheogenic Escherichia coli(9.51%) and Vibrio parahemolyticus(8.23%).34 of 123 stool specimens were positive for virus detection(27.64%),and the detection rate of rotavirus was 14.63%,the norovirus's was 13.01%.Most of the pathogens were isolated from May to September.The detection peak of virus appeared from January to March and December.The age groups with high incidence of foodborne disease were concentrated in groups of 0-10 years old and 21-30 years old.Conclusion The study has basically revealed the epidemiological features of foodborne diseases in Ment0ugou District of Beijing.We need to pay close attention to the morbidity of the age groups of 0-10 years old and 21-30 years old.Active surveillance of foodborne diseases remains to be further improved.
